With 4 active “hands on” Directors the management of your property is overseen by one of the owners of the company. This ensures a highly professional industry expert with vast experience is always available to discuss any matters relating to your investment property. We believe in providing a level of service that is superior in every possible aspect to our industry peers and we do so for a monthly fee which shows greater value than the industry standards. We can arrange both of the above mentioned services and are happy to do so on your behalf.
Qld Legislative Compliances
It is compulsory that smoke alarms, electrical safety switches & window coverings comply with legislation and that each item is checked by suitably qualified professionals. I have attached a brochure for the company that we utilise for these services for your convenience.
Landlord Insurance
