Qld Legislative Compliances

It is compulsory that smoke alarms, electrical safety switches & window coverings comply with legislation and that each item is checked by suitably qualified professionals. I have attached a brochure for the company that we utilise for these services for your convenience.

Landlord Insurance

Although not compulsory, we at REMAX First Residential strongly suggest you investigate landlord insurance. Again I have attached the brochure of the industry leaders for specialised landlord insurance.
